Sony launches Neo L, their first handset with a portion of Ice Cream Sandwich

The Sony Xperia Neo L is a mostly unremarkable low end Android phone just launched in China, but it does have one distinction: It's Sony's first(and one of the first low end phones) to be released with Android 4.0. Otherwise, it has a nice design, 4 inch 854x480 resolution display, and 1GHz single core Qualcomm Snapdragon. Imaging duties are taken care of by a 5MP camera and a front facing cam, and the device comes in white or black.
