Barnes & Noble lights up: The Nook Simple Touch with GlowLight

Barnes & Noble has just launched a new Nook, but it's pretty much the same as the old Nook. Basically, for $40 more than the existing Nook Simple Touch ereader you can buy the Simple Touch with GlowLight, which addresses e-ink displays' nighttime reading problems by adding a row of LED's along the top. It also has an integrated screen protector and is slightly lighter, at 6.98 ounces. However, the main difference is definitely that light, which can be toggled on or off by a long press of the home button and enables reading in a dark room without disturbing anyone nearby.
If you don't need the light and would rather have the normal Nook, Barnes & Noble will still sell you that one. If you're convince, though, you can preorder one now, with an expected release date of early may and a price tag of $139.
